What makes us snore?

The Uvuka and soft palate are respiratory structures. When these structures are obstructed they cause vibrations that create that unpleasant snoring sound. The most common cause of blockage is irregular airflow. Here are some common causes:

*During sleep the throat closes because of weak throat passage

*Jaw muscles that become tense causes the jaw to become dispositional.

*Around the throat the unwanted fat gathering.

*Blockage of the nasal passageway.

Chronic snoring can cause serious health problems. If chronic snoring continues to be a problem then seek out professional advice from your ear,nose, and throat physician. A surgeon perform varies operations of removing adenoids, tonsils or the excess tissue, which is at the back of the throat or inside the nose. A surgeon can also reconstruct the jaw.
