* Taken the necessary steps to make sure your resume is fully updated and that it prominently features your career objectives, education, job history, as well as any specific skills you might have acquired over the years?

* Perused the work at home message boards and websites like WAHM.com, WorkPlaceLikeHome.com and RatRaceRebellion.com? These are great resources, jam-packed with loads of truly useful information about a vast array of real work at home jobs.

* Had conversations with other telecommuters to get a handle on what they feel they have done right and what they believe they have have done wrong over the years? You can learn a great deal from their mistakes.

* Researched a number of different real work at home jobs before jumping right in to the first one you come across? Look before you leap, as the old saying goes, because you want to make sure that the particular telecommuting job you choose is the right fit for you.

* Decided to approach your job hunt for real work at home jobs with grit, determination, and a positive attitude?

Once you have answered all of these questions affirmatively, you know that you are fully prepared to pursue a variety of real work at home jobs.
