Three Simple Ways To Find Success In This Economic Downturn

By Glenn Smith

To succeed you must have a positive frame of mind, a burning desire, and be the solution to a problem.

During recent experiments on brain wave activity, it was discovered that more areas of the brain react to negative events than positive. "Come on. You mean to tell me that we are meant to focus on the negative?" "Only if we choose to."

The "Oprah" show recently featured a guest who was a brain surgeon. She had suffered a stroke that shut down the left side of her brain. She impressed that because only the right side of her brain worked she was in a perpetual state of bliss.

To purposefully operate from your right brain you can practice meditation. Neruo Linguistic Programming is also popular. Thinking positively is a choice. Your brain has two halves. One is positive the other is negative. Choose right.

"Think And Grow Rich" is the ultimate success manual. In it Napoleon Hill shared that the key to succeeding is to have a strong desire for the outcome. If you only had the passion you possessed as a child you could accomplish anything.

With a burning desire you won't let anything stand in your way of reaching your goal. Positive thinking gives you a clear picture of what you want to achieve. It is the right side of your brain that creates these pictures for you.

Have you noticed which way you learn? It could be visually, auditory, or kinesthetically. You can construct images outside of you on a poster board. If you're able you can fashion it in your mind. Generate the desire to envision your future positively.

The more problems there are in the world the more opportunities there are to be successful and thrive. Far too often people are contributing to the problems and that grants positive people like you the chance to provide mutual benefits.

If you look around you I am sure you can see many issues that plague the people around you. It would not take you too long to find a solution to that problem and offer it to them. People will gladly pay to have you fix a crisis for them.

To see the solution you must have a positive mind. To want to solve it you must have a burning desire. This situation grants you a fabulous opportunity to make a difference. Not only in you, but in everyone else in the world with problems.

Today we have the greatest opportunity since the depression to make a huge difference. During the dirty thirties there were many families like the Rockefellers that were able to amass great fortunes serving the needs of others.

Solve problems with a desire to be positive.
