1) Please tell yourself that you are not dying.

3) Think positive. There is no place for negative thinking.
Your anxiety attack will get worse if you keep telling yourself negatively such as I am going to faint soon or I won't be able to breathe.
4) Be on the positive side.
Positive thinking would help yourself to overcome your anxiety problem easier. Tell yourself that this is just temporary and you are going to get through this soon.
5) Help from health care professionals are always there for you.
There are a lot of help available from health care professionals in many area of expertise relating to mental health. Professionals in this area includes psychologist, psychiatrist, social workers and counselors.
6) Share your problems with the loved one and with people whom you can trust.
People that are close to you such as your spouse and friends are a great source of help. They should be able to emotionally support you to go through the hard times.
7) Follow your doctor's advice. If you have been prescribed with medication, then take your medication on time and follow the routine that has been scheduled by your health care professionals.
8) Don't be helpless.
You have all the help you need out there. Put yourself together. Take charge of yourself, be positive get into action gear and go. You have the right to live a happy and worry free life.
