It's a great way to get started building your own future, and have complete control over your life.
You find a company your comfortable with, get all set up, and your anxious to make money. But then you start to think, how do I go about doing this? You can make a profit selling a product and signing up new reps. But whats the best way to get this all started?
Well, you had better give your sponsor a call, maybe a few of your upline. They will tell you about writing that all so important list of at least 100 people to start with. Make sure you hit on your closest family and friends first. Then start looking for those warm leads to purchase, and give them a ring too. And don't forget about the double opt in safelists on the web.
You then start to think one day, cause your not getting anyone interested, that you've been going at it for about five weeks maybe more, and nada. Family and friends run the other way, and the leads you call don't want to here it. Then the emotions come gushing, when you realize all the junk mail your getting from the other safelist members is about their business.
To tell you the truth, it doesn't have to be this way. Company leaders will teach all new reps these methods, and for the majority they don't produce any results. You start to feel your just not good at networking, and start to give up on your business.
This is nothing new anymore. If your upline had a marketing system in place, like myself, my sponsor, and so on. Your home business would be growing every week, every month. I'd be willing to bet your sponsor is struggling just as badly. How unfortunate, because with the right system it doesn't have to come to this for anyone.
So, thinking you wasted time, and it's a drag putting up with all that rejection, is something I can relate to, Iv'e been their too. But I love this industry, and all you really need is a marketing system you can dulicate, and pass on to others in your eventual downline. So don't give up, there is a proven way.
