You are working with a real manufacturer. You are not dealing with a person running a "virtual store" out of their basement or someone who is simply fulfilling orders for another company (and marking the product up). We are Dun & Bradstreet listed and are local celebrities in the Philadelphia business community. We are also well respected by literally hundreds of thousands of customers from coast to coast.We do not use US Postal Mail. This service can take weeks to a month, and is very unpredictable, not insured, and hard to track. Please note that we may use UPS or Fedex equivalent services if it better meets the customer's needs.
What should I expect?
Night in Bethlehem is a Christmas experience unlike any other. As a participant, you come dressed in time-period costumes, and enter a tent which re-creates what the city of Bethlehem might have been like. You will have the opportunity to "pay" your taxes, interact with merchants, and sample simple foods. You will hear what the people of Bethlehem might have been saying that special night so long ago.This system gives you real time information on your shipment. Please note this e-mail is not sent to you until several couple of hours after the package leaves our facility (that evening).Yes, please keep in mind all charges and prices are quoted and must be paid in U.
Do you have a full line catalog?
What we offer from Planetsanta is what you see online. Products are added and subtracted from time to time as they become available. We do have a lot more products available in our warehouse (millions of items!!!). We do not have a catalog for those additional products, but can get you information on a product by product basis. In that case we will work with you on a personalized basis sending you photographs and answering your questions on the phone.We will NOT ship to any countries other than the USA. Problems with International orders in the past caused us to discontinue this service. We will automatically cancel ALL orders coming from other countries.

Traditional C7 light bulbs are about 2" high from the base to the tip of the bulb, while C9 light bulbs are about 3" high. Our C7 light bulbs are available in either 5 watt or 7 watt and the C9 light bulbs are available in either 7 watt or 10 watt.
