You can sell real estate before you buy it.

By Jesse Davis

Have you ever heard of this concept?

It can't be done, you say. Well, I disagree. I have sold many properties before I have ever put the deal under contract.

You can do it but you have to have a huge buyers list. I have actually done this on a deal I did last Tuesday. I had a seller pitch their deal to me. They were desperate but I had already picked up 4 properties the prior week that I needed to sell so I told him let me think about it.

I went home that night and pitched the property (with my mark up in it) to my buyers list. I ended up selling it the next morning.

I then called the seller back and told him I think I would take it but it would be for lower than what I previously talked about because I already had 4. I made an extra 3 grand by letting him know that. Anyway, I then put it under contract.

You see, it can be done. But I only could do it because I had a huge buyers list to offer the deal to.

Boy, I really love doing that - talk about no risk, lol!
